Established in 1989 at Marcon, the FPQ has been attending the con and running games, both for MARCON and privately for the past 14 years.
The FPQ tends to be mostly dedicated to the classic style of gaming (i.e. paper and dice or board games). Although we do have a few dedicated LARPers, the FPQ tends not to be a LARPing group. The FPQ doesn't have anything against LARPing, in fact we enjoy watching, and sometimes covertly participating in LARPs -- Beware!

He has been the spokesperson for A World Fit for Kids (AWFFK) for 9 years and attends many charitable functions lending his support to further help meet the needs of children at risk.
Kevin is most famous for his role as Hercules in Hercules, The Legendary Journeys. It was the most viewed television show in the World during its run. He moved on from playing the hero of the past to play the hero of the future as Captain Dylan Hunt in Gene Roddenberry's Andromeda. That series is famous for being the most viewed Science Fiction television show in the US when it first opened. After 7 years on Hercules and 5 years on Andromeda Kevin is pursuing a movie career. He has filmed 4 to date, Last Chance Café for Lifetime. For Sony he has filmed, Walking Tall, The Payback, available on DVD now and Walking Tall Three which is still in post production. He has recently finished filming a movie for Sci-Fi Channel entitled Something Beneath. Of course he will always have his eyes open for another television hit. He recently finished a seven show run on The OC for Fox.
This is an official club sponsored by Kevin. Even though it is based in Australia it is really an International club with members across the globe. When joining a member get a very nice welcome kit along with 4 newsletters yearly. Many times when a number of club members are at an event Stripe, our president, will make arrangements to have a club meeting with Kevin. Not only does the club have a web site it also has a Yahoo group that Stripe uses to notify the members of what is going on in Kevin's career. There is also a forum for Kevin at www.sf-fandom.com.
