• Marcon requires a Legal Photo ID for all adult registrations to Marcon; all children's memberships must have an accompanying adult with a Legal Photo ID.
• The cost of a replacement name badge is $5, but only for the first time & this includes name changes on the badge. The cost for a second and all subsequent replacement name badges will be the full convention price. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS.
• Marcon does not give refunds for a registration.
• Kids-in-tow, 6 years and under, found without a parent will be taken to Children's Programming with a $30 return fee required, or forfeiture of accompanying adult badge.
• One Day Only Badges: May be bought ONLY on that day (i.e.: Friday only or Saturday only). A one day membership is good from the time of purchase until 9:00am the next morning when Registration re-opens.
  

Refund Policy
For accounting purposes, it is not the policy of Marcon to give immediate refunds. If you find that you are in need of a refund, contact the treasurer with the following information: name, mailing address, amount of refund, and reason for refund. If at the con you will surrender your name badge at this time. If you do not surrender your name badge, a refund cannot be given. Refunds will be mailed to you as soon after the con as possible.

To ensure an enjoyable and safe experience for all attendees, MARCON reserves the right to refuse or revoke membership from any persons who have engaged in disorderly, disruptive, unlawful or unsafe behavior, with no refund.
