GM's that fail to request a "Secondary Starting Time" may have one assigned to them depending upon the available space for the "Preferred Starting Time".

Game proposals that are not completed will be put on hold until all information is received by the Director of Gaming. Once the proposal is accepted, scheduling is done on a first come first serve basis.

Conformation of receipt will be by email, normally within 5 days.

This form is to be used by ALL game masters to pre-register and/or register their event(s) for MARCON. PLEASE, use one form per game/event. Please feel to copy and/or distribute this form at will. MARCON reserves the right to reject or modify any propsals for any reason. We will make all attempts to insure Game Masters get their preferred starting time but cannot make any guarantees.
